On the afternoon of April 19, the Vinh Hoi Bay Resort Hotel Project was officially launched in Vinh Hoi village, Cat Hai commune, Phu Cat district (Binh Dinh province). This project covers an area of up to 236 hectares with a total investment of over VND 4,000 billion, and is expected to be completed in 2028, invested by Viet-My Tourism and Hotel Joint Stock Company .

Location Vinh Hoi Bay Resort Hotel Project is located in the North of Binh Dinh province, located at Vinh Hoi Village, Cat Hai Commune, Phu Cat District, and about 23km from Phu Cat Airport and about 25km from Quy Nhon city center.

The Vinh Hoi Bay Resort Hotel Project will include a large scale with a total of 1,129 villas and 1,192 hotel rooms, along with a series of other amenities such as a golf course, commercial, service and entertainment complex, theme park and many other amenities.

The Vinh Hoi Bay project is divided into two main development phases, with the goal of being fully completed by 2028. In order to optimize the efficiency of capital and land use, the investor has decided to put the product into business and operation from 2024, starting with more than 200 luxury resort villas, including beach villas and hilltop villas with 1 – 4 bedrooms. In the following years, it is expected that from 400 to more than 500 units will be opened for sale each year. When fully completed in 2028, the project will have a total of 2,321 units, an 18-hole golf course and a series of high-class entertainment facilities.
