By early 2022 , Vietnam had a total of 395 industrial parks in 61 provinces/cities with a planned area of up to 123,000 hectares . It is expected that by 2030 , our country will continue to plan an additional 115,000 hectares of industrial land, increasing the total number of industrial parks to 558 , nearly 1.5 times higher than the current number.
Vietnam’s industrial parks are mainly oriented towards the model of concentrated industrial parks. With large areas and synchronous infrastructure, this will create favorable conditions for the development of key industries. These industrial parks contribute greatly to the overall growth of Vietnam’s economy.
The expansion and development of industrial zones also creates many new opportunities for domestic and foreign enterprises. Thanks to preferential policies and support from the government, these industrial zones become a favorable environment for enterprises to carry out production, processing and export activities, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the country.
