On July 8, 2023, in the border area between Ca Na and Phuoc Diem communes, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province, ACT Holdings Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Dam Ca Na New Urban Area project (Ca Na New City) with a total investment of nearly 4,500 billion VND.

Ca Na New City is a new urban development project located in Ninh Thuan province, in the southern economic region of Vietnam. The project is implemented by ACT Holdings Joint Stock Company , with a total investment of nearly 4.5 trillion VND .
This new urban area covers an area of 64.46 hectares and is located along provincial road DT701, connecting this area with neighboring areas. The project aims to maximize the advantages of real estate and urban development to meet the needs of residents, experts and contribute to the development of the province’s key economic zone.
The project includes amenities such as a gross construction ratio of about 30% , 20% of the land area for trees and landscape, including 36 green parks and ecological lakes. The project is expected to be able to meet the needs of more than 9,000 residents.
Ca Na New City is located near an 827.2-hectare industrial complex , four 273-hectare LNG power plants and a 567-hectare Ca Na general seaport. These projects are expected to attract 56,000 workers by 2035.
