- Internal road: Hot asphalt concrete with a road width of 45m, road surface on both sides is 2x12m wide, median strip is 5m wide, corridor on both sides is 2x8m wide, designed according to Vietnam standard H30.
- Roads outside the Industrial Park: The routes will connect to main roads such as Huong Lo 2, National Highway 50 connecting to Provincial Road 826, Provincial Road 835 and to National Highway 1A. Road width 60m, road surface width 2 x 15m, median strip 10m, corridor on each side 10m wide.
- Electrical system: Transformer station, 110/22KV source, capacity 40 + 63 MVA.
- Water supply system: Main pipe system F 250mm and branch pipe F 200 – 150mm.
