The Phu Hung Khang Urban Area Project in Hoa Binh is a project developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation . Previously, this company was part of the Phu My Hung joint venture , established by Tan Thuan Industrial Development Corporation (contributing 30% of shares through land use rights) and Central Trading & Development Group from Taiwan (owning 70% of shares). This unit has successfully developed Phu My Hung Urban Area , covering an area of up to 409 hectares. This urban area used to be a swampy area, but has undergone a transformation to become a leading typical urban area in Vietnam.

Ky Son, a district located in the northeast of Hoa Binh province, Vietnam, has undergone an important change. On August 14, 2019, the People’s Council of Hoa Binh province, during the extraordinary session of the 16th term (2016-2021 term), passed an important Resolution. Accordingly, they approved the policy of merging the entire population and area of Ky Son district into Hoa Binh city.
Ky Son district is headquartered in Ky Son town, located in the west of the district, on the bank of the Da River. The district consists of 9 communes, including Dan Ha, Dan Hoa, Doc Lap, Hop Thanh, Hop Thinh, Mong Hoa, Phu Minh, Phuc Tien, and Yen Quang.
