Cooperating with Khang Dien Group , on February 10, 2023, within the framework of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Singapore , Keppel Land Vietnam and Khang Dien signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop residential projects and sustainable urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
